ABOUT THE AUTHORS
The Honorable David Ellis is a Chicago attorney and Justice for the Illinois Appellate Court of the First District. He is the author of numerous highly-acclaimed legal thrillers, including several with James Patterson. Justice Ellis' award-winning novels have graced the New York Times bestsellers list and have been sold worldwide in a number of languages.
Christie Tate is a Chicago-based attorney for the federal government and writer/essayist. Her work has been published in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, and McSweeney's, among many others. Her debut memoir, Group, published in October 2020, was a Reese's Book Club Pick and New York Times bestseller.
