2012-2013 Illinois Bar Foundation Board of Directors

The Illinois Bar Foundation is managed by a 30-member Board of Directors. The Board of Governors of the Illinois State Bar Association elects twelve members selected from Illinois’ five appellate districts for a term of two years. The president and three vice presidents of the Illinois State Bar Association serve as ex-officio members of the Board of Directors of the Foundation during their respective terms as such Officers of the ISBA. Also serving as ex-officio members of the Board of Directors are the president, three vice-presidents, and the immediate past president of the Illinois Bar Foundation. Two members of the Board of Governors of the ISBA are appointed at large by the president of the ISBA for one-year terms. The immediate past president of the Young Lawyers Division serves for a term of one year. The chair, vice-chair and secretary of The Fellows serve as ex-officio members of the Board of Directors during their respective terms as Fellows Officers. Three at large Directors are appointed by the president of the Illinois Bar Foundation and serve two-year terms.
